Description

This course is about how to cope with complex projects – tasks to be solved by a certain date, within a team of experts with a limited budget and high level of uncertainty regarding the product and/or technologies to be used.

We deal with such projects when developing and implementing complex software products, creating new technology hardware, conducting marketing studies of new markets, or building extraordinary engineering constructions.

The course is based on recommendations provided by the Project Management Institute and International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile, Scrum.org).

Projects can be of a mixed nature — some expected results are clear, while others are complicated and need to be continuously revised during project implementation. Such a complex task cannot be resolved by utilizing only one approach.
